Kelso & Company Acquires Container Supply
Kelso, Inmark's private equity partner, has acquired Container Supply, an Oklahoma City distributor of metal and plastic packaging products.

On June 30, 2021, Kelso, Inmark's private equity partner, completed the acquisition of Container Supply, Inc., a distributor of metal and plastic packaging products. Container Supply is combined with Kelso's existing investments in C.L. Smith, Inmark and Silver Spur, distributors of rigid container, life sciences and dangerous goods packaging products. The combined companies offer a more robust product offering and an expanded geographic footprint.
About Container Supply
Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Container Supply is a distributor of cans, drums, pails, bottles and other rigid packaging products serving a variety of customers and end markets. Container Supply has developed long-tenured customer relationships and provides high levels of service via its 50,000 square foot warehouse and national supplier base.

With the combined companies, the US footprint expands from the Southeast (Inmark), Midwest (C.L. Smith) and the West Coast (Silver Spur) to the South Central region with Container Supply.
