Our Response to Covid-19

As the COVID-19 Virus continues to expand in the US and across the world, our day to day lives have been greatly impacted. Inmark began preparations early in the pandemic to ensure the safety of our employees, as well to secure our valuable supply chain in an effort to maintain uninterrupted service to the important work our clients are conducting on the front lines of this crisis. To facilitate these efforts, our senior leadership team meets regularly and we are in communication (7) days a week to stay on top of this rapidly changing environment.

Employee and Business Partners Safety: To minimize contact with customers, suppliers and fellow employees, Inmark’s global sales team are all working remotely and travel has been halted. Meetings are now being conducted via phone or video conference to ensure that we stay in touch with our clients and continue to service your needs. In addition, we have divided our admin support between remote working and coming into the office to minimize the number of employees in our facility and provide proper Social Distancing. We are working diligently to ensure we continue to support our clients’ production and service offering requirements. All admin employees have been trained and have the proper tools to work remotely, to minimize any service interruptions. We have also eliminated outside visitors to our facility, unless it is critical to our continued operations. Many internal safety and precautionary measures have been implemented in an effort to keep our employees safe and we are reviewing them on a daily basis.

Supply: Inmark understands the important work our clients are conducting in fighting this virus. As a result, we have been in constant communication with our entire global supply chain in and effort to stay ahead of any potential supply disruptions. While we have not experienced any significant issues to date, we are beginning experience extended lead times from our suppliers, as well as some internally due to increased demand. Please know we are working extended hours (24/7 at some locations) and we are doing our very best to meet your requested ship dates, but may not always be able to do so. We appreciate your patience and support during this unprecedented time and will continue to commit all of our resources to servicing your needs at quickly as possible.

Inmark is fortunate to have a committed and dedicated workforce who understand the critical nature of what we, as well as our valued customers and suppliers, are doing in the fight against COVID-19. We will continue to do our part and know that working with all of you, we will overcome this together.

Thank you for your continued support and we wish you, your families and your colleagues all the best during this critical time.

Warm Regards,

Inmark Executive Team
